Climbing Therapy for ADHD

Research uncovered by Dr Edward M. Hallowell and Dr John J. Ratey, suggest ADHD symptoms can lessen when clients practice balance and coordination. The part of the brain - the vestibulecerebella system (or VCS for short!) - that coordinates balance, also controls our ability to emotionally regulate. Improved cerebellar function = improved ADHD symptoms.

Contact me to discuss an indoor bouldering session at a local centre. Feel the dopamine course through your body as we try low level, safe walls at a pace that feels right for you.

You can find out more about how to naturally support ADHD symptoms by buying Hallowell and Ratey's book, ADHD 2.0 which is available to buy at all good bookshops.
